Do I need a separate Troncmaster?
For the NI exemption to apply, an independent Troncmaster must oversee distributions. Rocket Tronc provides the tools for the Troncmaster to manage everything efficiently — or we can help you find one.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. We'll pro-rate the difference.
What POS and HR systems do you integrate with?
We currently integrate with RocketOS EPOS, Sona HR, and support CSV imports. Xero payroll integration is coming soon. Enterprise plans can request custom integrations.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise plans include white-glove onboarding as part of the custom pricing.
