How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you sign up for a Pro plan, you get full access to every feature — integrations, sync, distribution lab, policy generator — for 7 days. No credit card required. At the end of the trial you can continue on Pro or switch to the Free plan.
How is per-employee pricing calculated?
You're billed based on the number of active employees across all your locations. The price per employee drops in bands of 200 — from £1/$1/€1 per head down to £0.50/$0.50/€0.50 for 1,000+ employees.
Do I need a separate Troncmaster?
For the NI exemption to apply in the UK, an independent Troncmaster must oversee distributions. Rocket Tronc provides the tools for the Troncmaster to manage everything efficiently — or we can help you find one.
Can I switch plans or regions later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your region from inside the app at any time. Currency and compliance content update automatically.
What POS and HR systems do you integrate with?
We currently integrate with RocketOS EPOS, Sona HR, and support CSV imports. Xero payroll integration is available now. Enterprise plans can request custom integrations.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for Free and Pro plans. Enterprise plans include white-glove onboarding as part of the custom pricing.
